Information regarding the detection of a coronavirus disease in one of the employees of 1+1 media

Today , April 13, information began to spread in the mass media that one of the employees of 1+1 media, who works in the management of sports projects, was confirmed to have the coronavirus disease COVID-19.

Such information is confidential and we had no right to advertise it. However, since the issue is gaining publicity, we must confirm the fact of such a situation in the sports editorial office, with the consent of the employee.

Note that the colleague's condition is currently assessed as satisfactory. The company is in touch with him and, if necessary, is ready to provide the necessary assistance.

It was established that since March 21, the employee did not visit the editorial office on the street. Kurenivska And the entire sports department went on vacation for the quarantine period after the release of the last live broadcast of "ProFootball" on March 22.

Also, 1+1 media at various times took the following measures to combat COVID-19:

- 80% of employees have been transferred to a remote work format, most of the company's offices are closed during the quarantine period. Masks, gloves and disinfectants are issued to those who are involved in production and cannot work remotely. Shifts are established so that colleagues do not cross each other and there is no crowding;

- it is forbidden to enter offices that remain open without passing a temperature screening - employees who willfully neglect temperature measurement will have their passes automatically blocked for 14 days. Also, everyone whose thermometer records a temperature higher than 36.9 is sent to self-isolation for 14 days;

- regular disinfection and ventilation measures are carried out in all premises of the company, there is a sufficient amount of antiseptics;

- all employees receive prompt and up-to-date information about the state of affairs in the company and the decisions being made, including in connection with the coronavirus.
