Meeting with many life stories of its graduates, on Tuesday, January 23, the Higher School of Media & Production started a flash mob #роботанетурбота on its own Facebook page, the purpose of which is to draw the public's attention to the importance of work in the field that brings pleasure, and to emphasize the problem people's fear of leaving a job they don't like.

The flash mob immediately found support in the form of media representatives of 1+1 media. With the hashtag #роботанетурбота, presenters and curators of the "Make a dream come true" project Lydia Taran and Oleksandra Loboda, general producer of 1+1 Production Victoria Lezina, PR director of 1+1 media Svitlana Paveletska, chief producer of 1+1 entertainment programs Olha Slisarenko, shared their stories. HR director of 1+1 media Larisa Brouver.

For example, TSN TV presenter Lydia Taran admitted that work has been her life for 20 years, and her successful career began with Ukrainian radio, where she got there thanks to an incredible coincidence of circumstances and the guy she was dating at that time.

Vlasta Shovkovska said that after becoming the director of the charity foundation "You are not alone", she combined charity, journalism, television and finally found the same job that is not a concern.

But the story of Victoria Lezina, the general producer of 1+1 Production, began with an internship at 1+1, which she was asked to do by chance.

The host of the "Profootball" program, Oleksandra Loboda, also supported the flash mob and shared on her Facebook page that she is an accountant by education, but today she no longer imagines herself as someone who reconciles debit with credit, and is glad that at one time she gave up her unloved business, leaving at the call of the soul.

The hashtag gradually began to find a response among the audience, motivating people to share their own life examples of how they gave up an unloved profession and decided on a field that drives them.

"Flashmob is designed to share one's own stories of courage, which can inspire people to find their own way. Now there are quite a lot of opportunities, but stereotypes, the opinion of parents, society, fear of failure - all this stops people on the way to their dreams. I am glad that the students of our media school are the ones who found the #courage to grow and the determination to change their lives. For example, in the "Reality Show Editor" course, students include former event managers and teachers. As a tax inspector in the past, I understand better than anyone that you should not listen to anyone but yourself and not give up. Armed with your dream, go to its fulfillment and believe in your own strength," comments Yuriy Bilokur, head of the Higher School of Media & Production.
