Easter at home: the "1+1" channel will broadcast the Easter service in St. Michael's Cathedral of the OCU

On Sunday, April 19, Christians of the Eastern rite will celebrate Easter. Joining the "Easter at Home" campaign, on the night of April 18 to 19, the "1+1" channel will broadcast the solemn service from the St. Michael's Golden-Domed Cathedral of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine.

The broadcast on "1+1" will start at 11:00 p.m. on Saturday and will continue until 03:00 a.m. You can also watch the service online on the official YouTube channel of 1+1 and "1+1 Video".

As part of the fight against the coronavirus, the President of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, as well as the "1+1" channel, advise all believers to stay at home on Easter and participate in religious services using online broadcasts. After all, the mass attendance of churches on Easter, according to the chief sanitary doctor Viktor Lyashko, can reduce to zero the successes achieved in curbing the spread of the coronavirus in Ukraine.
