1+1 and Paramount launch Nick Jr. and Nicktoons with Ukrainian-language content
Paramount Global, in cooperation with 1+1 Media, announces the addition of Ukrainian-language content to the popular international entertainment channels Nick Jr. and Nicktoons.
This milestone event aims to bring favourite characters and exciting programmes closer to the Ukrainian audience, enhancing the viewing experience for children and families. Both channels are available on a wide range of platforms, including OTT, Viasat satellite packages and cable networks. Programmes in Ukrainian will be added from 7 December. To make this possible, Paramount Global has translated and dubbed over 47,000 minutes of high-quality content in collaboration with national talent.
Nick Jr. is a leading preschool entertainment brand where kids can learn, play and grow with their favourite characters. The localised version of Nick Jr. will offer a variety of educational and entertainment programmes for children aged 2-6 in their native language. The Ukrainian-language lineup includes such well-known shows as Blue's Clues and You!, Baby Shark's Big Show, The Forest Team, Glitter and Monster Machines, as well as the world-famous Puppy Patrol, which celebrated its tenth anniversary this year and is set to premiere its new 10th season in December. In addition, new episodes of the spin-off show "Strongman and the Crew", which was launched this autumn, are scheduled for December and January. Meanwhile, the new episodes of The Adventures of Paddington are scheduled for the end of January 2024.
