1+1 media entered the TOP-20 best employers according to hh.ua

The 1+1 media group entered the TOP-20 best employers according to the results of the study "Employer Rating of Ukraine 2018" of the HR portal hh.ua, which were presented today, January 24. The media holding was also included in the list of the most desirable employers in the regional focus.

"Such a high rating is extremely motivating and once again confirms that 1+1 media's investment in the employer brand is effective and correct. The main thing is not to stop there. My team and I will continue to work towards increasing engagement rates among our employees as well as increasing the attractiveness of the holding for external searchers in order to keep our place in this ranking at the end of 2019," commented Larisa Bruver, HR director of 1+1 media .

The results of the rating were determined on the basis of a survey of searchers, in which respondents noted the companies they consider the best in the labor market, and the assessment of experts in the field of personnel management.

Along with 1+1 media, Microsoft, EY, Coca Cola, McDonald's, Samsung and others entered the TOP-20 best companies.
