“This Meeting Will Stay With Me for a Lifetime”: Klavdia Petrivna Makes the Dream of a Defender’s Daughter Come True
1+1 Media and TET continue to implement social initiatives supporting children affected by the war, including Make a Dream Come True. The latest episode of the project featured 10-year-old Myroslava Harkava, a beneficiary of the Children of Heroes Foundation, whose dream was to meet her favorite artist, Klavdia Petrivna (Solomiia Opryshko).
Myroslava’s family is originally from the Donetsk region. Russia’s full-scale invasion turned their lives upside down. Myroslava’s father, Mykola Harkavyi, joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine, leaving his job as a rescuer to defend the country. On March 8, 2024, the family learned that he had been killed in action.
To give Myroslava a moment of joy and create an unforgettable experience, TSN anchor Nataliia Ostrovska invited her to a concert by her favorite artist. In addition to hearing her favorite songs live, Myroslava had the opportunity to meet Klavdia Petrivna in person. Her father was the one who introduced her to the artist’s music, and those songs now bring back warm memories of their life together.
“It was Myroslava and her mother’s first time visiting Kyiv, so the trip itself was already a new experience for them. But the real magic happened that evening. Myroslava had absolutely no idea that, before the concert, we would be invited into Klavdia Petrivna’s dressing room and that just a few minutes later she would meet her favorite singer in person. We were all crying tears of joy,” said Nataliia Ostrovska.
The singer personally congratulated Myroslava and gave her a doll from her own merchandise collection. The two also shared a special musical moment, performing “Znaydy Mene” (“Find Me”) together as a duet.
“This is my first time taking part in Make a Dream Come True, and I’m very happy to meet Myroslava — such a cool and energetic girl. For me, this meeting will stay with me for a lifetime,” said Solomiia Opryshko.
“I really wanted to meet you. During the concert, I was standing at the back, but I was shouting to you, ‘Klavdia Petrivna, I love you!’” Myroslava shared.

Earlier, Ukrainian singer Tina Karol helped fulfill the long-held dream of nine-year-old Iryna Kosheleva, a beneficiary of the Children of Heroes Foundation, to meet her favorite artist in person.
