Over 200 participants have already joined the “Labour Market Barometer 2025–2026” study by GRC.UA
The analytical team of GRC.UA continues the nationwide study “Labour Market Barometer 2025–2026” — a large-scale project aimed at reflecting the real state of the Ukrainian labour market, its trends, challenges, and expectations. 1+1 media has become the media partner.
As of today, 238 respondents have already taken part in the study, among whom 23% are employers and 77% are employees and job seekers. Such a balance allows the situation to be seen from both sides — from the companies’ perspective and from that of the candidates, which makes the results as objective as possible.
Purpose of the study
The “Labour Market Barometer” is an annual analytical initiative by GRC.UA aimed at studying employment dynamics in Ukraine. The project is designed to answer key questions:
✔️ What labour challenges do companies consider the most relevant in 2025?
✔️ How are approaches to recruitment, retention, and staff development changing?
✔️ What factors influence employee motivation and team productivity?
✔️ What do specialists from different industries expect from employers?
✔️ What forecasts for 2026 are being formed by business representatives?
Who will benefit from the results
For businesses: what the hiring challenges are, what motivates the team, how the approach to working with personnel is changing, and what forecasts exist for 2026.
For employees and job seekers: what their expectations from employers are, how values, priorities, and career strategies have changed.
How the survey is conducted
Participants of the study share their observations through a questionnaire where they talk about challenges, changes in motivation, expectations, and their vision of market development. The survey runs until the end of December 2025, after which the GRC.UA team will prepare a detailed analytical report with expert commentary.
Benefits of participation
Each participant will receive:
✔️ access to the full version of the study results among the first;
✔️ the opportunity to view analytics across industries;
✔️ an understanding of the key trends that will affect the labour market in 2026.
