1+1 Media Group has finalized the management structure

Today, December 19, 2019, 1+1 media announces the completion of the decentralization process and presents the updated group management structure.

Yaroslav Pakholchuk, director of pay television and executive director of the media group, has been appointed as the new chairman of the Board of 1+1 media and general director of 1+1 media. Oleksandr Tkachenko remains the honorary president of 1+1 media.

Ihor Kolomoiskyi, as the main shareholder of the group, will head the Supervisory Board of TRK "Studio 1+1" LLC.

In addition, the current composition of the collegial body - the Board of 1+1 Media, which was elected and announced in August this year, now includes Valeriy Varenytsia, commercial director of Global Media Group LLC, as an independent member.
