PLUSPLUS comment on fake video using the channel's branding

Russia continues to try to destabilize the Ukrainian information field and create a negative reputation for Ukraine in the international arena, especially in the light of recent events. It is using all possible methods for this purpose, which are beyond absurd. For example, today, March 12, a video is being actively shared on the social network X, where children are allegedly urged to “inform the SBU” about their parents and relatives who consume Russian content in a cartoon form on the PLUSPLUS TV channel.

Of course, this video is an outright fake. No such videos have been or could be broadcast on the PLUSPLUS TV channel. PLUSPLUS is designed exclusively for children's audiences, and the channel is filled with in-house animation or projects from international animation studios. The graphics and style of the videos distributed by the Russians differ significantly from the channel's content, and they are likely generated using artificial intelligence tools. In addition, Yuriy Kovalenko is the brand ambassador of PLUSPLUS, and he is the only one who voices all the image videos or announcements on the air.
Also, if you look closely, you can notice inaccuracies in the branding - the location of the logo, its save zone, is broken, and the logo has a purple hue, while the original is gray. Moreover, during commercial breaks on the channel, the QR code is missing, while in the fake video it is located in the upper right corner of the screen. Of course, this video is not part of a cartoon or series broadcast on the channel, which can be easily checked in the program grid, for example, Kyivstar TV.

We urge viewers to observe information hygiene and not to spread fake news. The enemy is insidious and uses new convincing tools to capture the audience's attention every time. Use the official sources of PLUSPLUS and 1+1 media and do not trust dubious information on the Internet.
