GRC.UA invites you to express your opinion on the Ukrainian labor market
The analytical center of the career platform for managers and professionals GRC.UA announces the launch of a large-scale study "Labor Market Barometer 2025. Forecasts for 2026". This unique all-Ukrainian project, which has been studying the opinions of job seekers and employers for 14 years, forms the most complete picture of the labor market and determines forecasts for the next year. The data obtained during the study become a reference point for employers, company managers and specialists in various industries. 1+1 Media became the main media partner of the project.
The GRC.UA team invites representatives of companies, employees and job seekers to join the project and take part in an anonymous survey "Labor Market Barometer 2025. Forecasts for 2026". The results of the study will be presented in the format of an analytical report and presented during an online conference with subsequent wide publication in the Ukrainian media.
The purpose of the study is to provide businesses with a reliable basis for making management decisions, and job seekers with relevant information for building career strategies.
The focus of this year's "Barometer" is on key challenges of wartime and their impact on personnel processes:
- changes in personnel management and HR strategies;
- companies' plans for salary cuts or increases;
- dynamics of bonus payments;
- candidates' salary expectations and actual business offers;
- working with veterans, youth and specialists 50+;
- new "female" professions and their role in the labor market;
- well-being programs, inclusiveness and barrier-freeness in corporate practices;
- experience of Ukrainian companies in business and personnel relocation;
- forecast for the Ukrainian labor market for 2026;
- strategic directions of Ukrainian business in working with personnel for the next 3 years.
