To compensate Ukrainians for the inconvenience caused by the hacker attack on Kyivstar, the OTT platform has expanded access to TV channels even for unauthorised users until all the mobile operator's services are restored. These are channels of various genres where you can watch films and TV series, cartoons, sports programmes, etc. Currently, to watch TV channels on Kyivstar TV, you just need to log in to the application.
Any subscriber of any Internet provider can watch content on Kyivstar TV. You can do it on up to 5 devices simultaneously. In addition, the OTT platform has a useful feature for parents - a child profile. This way, children are fully protected from unwanted content or advertising while watching projects.
As a reminder, on the morning of 12 December, Kyivstar's communication network was the target of a powerful hacker attack, which caused a technical failure that temporarily made communication services and access to the fixed Internet unavailable. Kyivstar said it would compensate subscribers who were unable to connect or use the operator's services. The company continues to work to resolve the issue.
