Clarification of the 1+1 media group regarding changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board of the 1+1 TV channel

Today, December 8, 2021, the National Council for Television and Radio Broadcasting reviewed the application and made a decision to reissue five licenses of TRC "Studio 1+1" LLC in connection with the departure of Ihor Kolomoiskyi from the Supervisory Board of the 1+1 TV channel . The application for his resignation from the Supervisory Board was signed in May 2021, in September a general meeting of participants was held, where this decision was considered and approved and the corresponding protocol was drawn up. In October, in accordance with the Law "On Television and Radio Broadcasting", documents were submitted to the regulator.

There have been no changes in the ownership structure of TRK "Studio 1+1" LLC (TV channel 1+1).
