On July 8, 2026, in Kyiv, HR Wisdom Summit 2026 from Delo.ua and business/media bureau Ekonomika gathered more than 500 HR, CEOs, business leaders and change leaders who work with the main challenges of the new labor market — personnel shortage, transformation of professions, development of teams and construction of sustainable organizations. 1 1 media became the general media partner of the event.

The hosts of HR Wisdom Summit 2026 were Iryna Prokofʼeva, host of 1+1 media, special correspondent of TSN. Tyzhden, and Svyatoslav Grynchuk, host of TSN. Tetyana Smirnova, CEO of Ekonomika+ business/media bureau, gave a welcome speech from the organizers and set the energy of the event.
