In June, the "United News" marathon raised over 15 million for the needs of the Defense Forces

Throughout June, the national telethon "United News" organized and conducted 139 fundraisers for the needs of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. As of June 30, the announced initiatives managed to collect 15,118,543 UAH.

The collections were conducted in slots of all media companies producing the telethon: Starlight Media, 1+1 Media, "Rada", "We - Ukraine", and Inter Media Group.

Among the largest collections was the joint large-scale fundraiser for MAGURA V5 marine drones for the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, announced on June 6 for Journalist's Day. As part of the goal, which is 10 million UAH, marathon participants have already managed to raise over 5.5 million UAH. However, the collection continues. The TOP-5 collections in June included:

• A collection of 2,170,000 UAH for quadcopters for the command and artillery reconnaissance battery of the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after General-Khorunzhy Marko Bezruchko, initiated in the marathon by the 1+1 team.
• A collection of 626,000 UAH for osteointegrative prosthetics of an arm and leg for the Center for Complex Endoprosthetics of Osteointegration and Bionics, initiated in the marathon by Starlight Media.
• A collection of 369,000 UAH for MAGURA V5 marine drones for the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, initiated in the marathon by the "Rada" TV channel.
• A collection of 350,000 UAH for MAGURA V5 marine drones for the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, initiated in the marathon by "We - Ukraine".
• A collection of 87,000 UAH for FPV drones and MAVIC 3T for aerial reconnaissance of the National Guard of Ukraine "Rubizh", initiated in the marathon by the "Inter" TV channel.

During the period of the full-scale war, all telethon producers have implemented hundreds of large-scale fundraising campaigns for the needs of the Defense Forces of Ukraine and other social missions. This is an integral part of the marathon's operation. Overall, since the beginning of the year, the national telethon "United News" has conducted about 500 collections totaling over 130 million UAH.

We once again thank the marathon audience for their great support and quick closing of collections. This is an incredible result that testifies to the high trust in both the marathon itself and the initiatives that are regularly announced on air to help the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
