Invictus Half Marathon 2025 to be held in Kyiv to support paramedics
Charity partner - Medical Volunteer Battalion ‘Hospitallers’ ‘Kyiv Invincible Half Marathon 2025’ will take place at the Expocenter ‘VDNH’ in Kyiv and will be the second stage of the Invincible Running League by Run Ukraine.
The race ‘Kyiv Half Marathon Unbreakable 2025’ will have an important charitable goal - to raise funds to help paramedics. 50% of the registration fees will be donated to the needs of the Medical Volunteer Battalion ‘Hospitallers’, namely for the purchase of a ventilator and other medical equipment. In addition, for each finisher, Morshynska, the water partner of the event, will donate UAH 100 to the Next Step Foundation for the rehabilitation of the military.
So participation in the event is an opportunity not only to test your strength, but also to support those who fight for our freedom and victory every day. Running takes on a deeper meaning and becomes a symbol of resilience and strength of Ukrainian runners.
Among the participants of the Kyiv Invincible Half Marathon 2025 are Oleksandr Chumak, a fighter with the 128th Brigade, who will run the distance on a high prosthetic leg, and Yulia Shevchuk, a combat medic with the Hospitallers, who became the face of this year's Kyiv Half Marathon.
‘Kyiv Half Marathon Unbreakable 2025’ has a choice of courses: 21.0975 km, 3x7 km relay, 10 km, 5 km and 1.6 km (mile).
The course of the Kyiv half marathon Unbreakable 2025 has received official certification from the international association World Athletics, which means that Run Ukraine events are recognised on the international stage. This enables Ukrainian runners to meet the standards for the title of Master of Sports.
The winners on all courses among women and men will receive prizes in their age categories. On the half marathon course, the winners will be awarded in absolute terms from 1st to 5th place.
All participants who complete their course will receive a commemorative finisher's medal, which this year will be special: it will feature a unique Unbreakable pattern that reminds of the unity and strength of the running community.
"Kyiv Half Marathon Unbreakable 2025 will be held in two formats: offline and online. Traditionally, you will be able to join the race in the online format in any city of Ukraine or the world.
Kyiv Half Marathon is a race that has been gathering runners from all over Ukraine for many years in a row, and this year it will be held for the 14th time. Traditionally, 1+1 media has become a media partner of the race from Run Ukraine. The general partner of the event is the Ukrainian pharmacy chain ‘Zdorovye Zdorovye’.
