The trailer reveals the dynamics of the relationship between the main characters (Kateryna Kuznetsova and Kyrylo Parastaiev), the scale of the story, and the romantic tension that gradually unfolds between the characters. Viewers can expect office battles, vivid imagery, witty dialogue, unexpected twists, friendly conspiracies, and moments that are easy to recognize in oneself. The trailer's exceptional sound and romantic atmosphere are enhanced by the hit song "Heartbeat" by DOROFEEVA.
Kateryna Kuznetsova and Kyrylo Parastaiev form an organic and modern duo on screen — with chemistry, irony, and vivid emotions. Viewers will also see powerful interactions between Ukrainian stars: Vyacheslav Dovzhenko, Irma Vitovska, Dmytro Tankovych, Andriy Isaienko, Tetiana Malkova, Ivan Sharan, Marichka Khomenko, Daria Petrozytska, Olena Uzliuk, Taras Tsymbalyuk, Viktor Zhdanov — and more.
The official poster for the film draws particular attention, visually conveying the central conflict of the story: the clash of ambitions, characters, and feelings, while at the same time conveying a lightness, humor, and positivity that are so relevant today. At the center is the confrontation between two strong personalities, for whom the probationary period becomes much more than just a test of professionalism.
"This film is about you and me. It is warm, bright, modern, and made with great love for the audience. The trailer shows that this is not just a romantic comedy — there is laughter, tears, and a lot of authenticity. It's a story about second chances, about love, and about how a new start is possible under any circumstances," comments the film's producer and head of investment and partnership projects for 1+1 media's TV business, Anna Gonchar.
The film's events unfold in modern Kyiv — among offices, coffee shops, and familiar streets. It is here that the characters experience competition, fall in love, make mistakes, and learn to trust — not only each other, but also themselves.
"For me, Probation is a story about being honest with yourself. It's about the fear of being vulnerable and the courage to allow yourself to love," says director Iryna Hromozda.
