The Ukrainian Veterans Fund of The Ministry Of Veterans Affairs And Robota.ua Are Researching The Employment Of Veterans: We Invite Businesses To Share Their Experiences
Hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian defenders are returning to civilian life. For many of them, it is a difficult transition, for society it is a challenge, and for business it is a chance to contribute to national recovery.
robota.ua, together with the Ukrainian Veterans Fund of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, is launching a new wave of research dedicated to the employment of veterans. Its goal is not just to collect analytics, but to hear the voice of employers: your experience, needs, fears and ideas.
We are interested in:
- Does your company have experience working with veterans?
- What challenges do you see on this path?
- What could help you create a comfortable working environment for veterans?
The research will help:
- form real solutions for business and the state;
- create practical recommendations for companies;
- build a policy based on the needs of employers and the veteran community.
Even if you don't have experience in employing veterans, your opinion is important. After all, only through open dialogue will we be able to find effective adaptation and support tools.
