The most effective financial directors were elected in Ukraine: who received the main awards
On March 4, the awarding ceremony of the winners of the annual «TopFinance-2026» rating, organized by the magazine «TOP-100, took place. Ratings of the largest» and the leading business portal delo.ua. During the event, the best financial institutions of the country and top managers of the industry were recognized. Oleksandr Bily, executive and financial director of 1+1 media, was included in the TOP-10 most effective financial directors of Ukraine in 2026.
This year, the winners in the specified ratings were determined in two stages: at the first —, delo.ua readers chose the most popular, most recognizable brands, representatives of the real sector of the economy and the financial market by online voting. At the second —, an expert jury determined the winners in individual nominations.
The awarding of the best CFOs of Ukraine was conducted by the host of the national marathon «"Unified News»" Oksana Gutzeit, and the ceremony was joined by Tetyana Smirnova, general director of the Media Bureau Economy+.

Danylo Hetmantsev, head of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, addressed the participants of the ceremony with a welcome speech.
«Today, the stability of the financial system — is not just dry numbers reports. These are timely paid salaries for the military, pensions for our pensioners and the state's fulfillment of all social obligations. As the head of the specialized committee, I well understand what colossal work is behind this stability», — emphasized Danylo Hetmantsev.
Oleksandr Bily, executive and financial director of 1+1 media, was noted in the «TopFinance-2026» rating. He entered the TOP-10 most effective financial directors of Ukraine in 2026. At the company, Oleksandr combines the management of the financial function with the development of strategic areas of business, focusing on increasing the operational efficiency, sustainability and scaling of the company in a dynamic media environment.
«The main KPI CFO — is an increase in the value of the company. In Ukrainian conditions, it is difficult to measure due to the capital market, but it is clearly manifested in the ability to create value for all stakeholders: employees, audience, partners, clients and the state. This means rising revenues, competitive salaries, sufficient liquidity for content investments, an efficient cost structure and stable tax discipline. If all these elements are balanced, the company becomes stronger — both financially and strategically. This is where my focus will be in 2026», — Oleksandr noted about 2026.
