Statement in connection with the disconnection of TV channels of the media group by the provider "Information Technologies"

In connection with the violation of the principles of partnership relations, from October 1, 2018, 1+1 media unilaterally terminated the License Agreement with a group of companies operating under the TM "Information Technologies" ("Ultralink" LLC, "Televsesvit" LLC, LLC "Luxlink"), which was concluded for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2018.

We emphasize that during the cooperation between 1+1 media and the provider, the issue of pricing for 2019 was not discussed between the companies. In addition, 1+1 media did not make any commercial offers, including, did not initiate a change in the current contractual price in 2018. As before, the current approximate cost of the license is UAH 1.5. per subscriber in 2018 and UAH 3.0. - in 2019.

We also draw your attention to the fact that since the License Agreement for the distribution of our channels between the group of companies TM "Information Technologies" and LLC "1+1 Internet" has ceased to be effective, therefore their shutdown is expected. We consider this the only correct decision in the current situation, because further distribution of our channels would be a violation of the rights and legitimate interests of 1+1 media.

In addition, we note that we are not interested in renewing contractual relations, therefore, the channels of our group will not be broadcast on the networks of the specified providers. We can only recommend to our viewers to change their TV service provider to another provider.
