1+1 Media Group announces changes in the ownership structure of 1+1 Production. One of the co-owners was the general producer of the TV channel "2+2" Maksym Kryvytskyi. In this connection, a new version of the statute of 1+1 Production was registered.

"During the year, the channel "2+2" showed a completely new level and did not stop surprising - both with ratings and with quality products of its own production. Therefore, I am convinced that such a decision is completely natural and obvious. I am proud of the powerful team and thank Maksym Kryvytskyi for his fruitful work," commented Oleksandr Tkachenko, general director of 1+1 media .

We also remind you that in May of this year, partial changes took place in the ownership structure of TRK Studio 1+1 LLC. In particular, 7.5% of the company is owned by employees.
