1+1 media is among the TOP 25 employers in 2024 open to young people

As usual, 1+1 media has been included in the non-IT category, implementing a number of educational projects, including the Closer to TV internship programme.

‘We are proud that the professional jury has once again recognised our opportunities for young people. Our internship programme is a great opportunity to start your career in the media. And we have many successful examples to prove it. For example, in 2023-2024, 35 interns became part of the large 1+1 media team,’ said Olga Musiyko, HR Director of 1+1 media.

Also during the event, Yulia Chepur, 1+1 media Development and Training Manager, spoke in more detail about successful cases of interaction with young people, announcing the start of the new season of the internship programme.

‘We have the opportunity not only to share experiences with students, but also to work and study together. This definitely strengthens each of us: us as a company, them as students and the future of the country,’ said Anna Lukashevych, Head of Development and Training at 1+1 media.

A new recruitment for the ‘Closer to TV’ programme will start at 1+1 media in March. The current vacancies will be posted on the company's official website at this link, as well as on social media pages.

‘The award is important because it recognises and confirms our work with young people, students and interns. It is a really high indicator of the involvement of the heads of each department where interns are trained,’ added Yulia Chepur.

The aim of the STUD-POINT award is to promote the development of the employer brand and motivate companies to communicate even more with young talents and attract them to the best team.

The rating of Ukrainian employers indicates which companies STUD-POINT recommends to students for successful employment.
