We make sure that our employees have comfortable working and development conditions. That's why we organise sports events, medical check-ups, encourage corporate volunteering and take care of mental health.
Safety and the environment
We are implementing the Grove of Children's Dreams project, which aims to preserve the memory of children whose lives were cut short by war. We work on the principle of a ‘green office’ and implement sustainable development initiatives.

1+1 media is the first company in the media sector to join the Business Without Barriers community of First Lady Olena Zelenska.

Copyright protection
Since 2020, we have been proactive in the Clear Sky anti-piracy initiative, which enables us to fight content theft and intellectual property rights infringement together with other rights holders.
Lifelong learning
We hold a series of career guidance lectures by our employees, help implement qualitative changes in Ukrainian schools, promote respect for teachers, and protect the right to education for young hospital patients.
