1+1 media announces the TOP-20 semi-finalists of pitching The Next Big Thing. Generation

Their authors will proceed to the next stage - writing scripts. The full list of semi-finalists can be found on the project website - https://media.1plus1.ua/pitching/contest/category/top20/

The TOP-20 was selected by online voting and the votes of a professional jury. The total score of the participant consisted of the jury's assessment and the score on the website with a ratio of 70% to 30%, respectively.

In the second stage, semi-finalists will be asked to refine their idea by submitting a script for 2 to 5 episodes/issues. After that, the jury will determine the TOP-10 who will personally defend their idea at the final. It is among them that the jury will determine the winners - 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in each of the nominations. The final will be held on September 28 in Kyiv.

Prize places will be determined in both nominations. The winners of the first places will receive the realization of the idea. The second place in the nomination "X-series" is the promotion and support of the format of the series on the international market for the purpose of sale. The second place in the "Z-web-formats" nomination is full idea consulting from the 1+1 Digital team. Winners of the third places will receive free education at the Higher School of Media & Production in the chosen field.

We will remind you about the pitching of The Next Big Thing ideas. Generation received almost 900 applications, which was an absolute record for the 7 held competitions.
