1+1 media in collaboration with the jewelry brand Guzema created a series of jewelry for employees of the holding
On the eve of the New Year, 1+1 media started a new tradition: to celebrate employees who have been working in the company for more than 5 years with unique jewelry designed by the jewelry brand Guzema Fine Jewelry specially for the order of the holding. The jewelry collection consists of bracelets on red thread, chains and leather bracelets, complemented by engraving. All products are made in silver and gold.
"During the New Year holidays, everyone wants fairy tales and pleasant surprises, that's why we, as a company where more than 2,000 real People of Ideas work, decided to start a cool annual tradition - to celebrate those who, together with 1+1 media, have more than 5, 10, 15 and 20 years. When the team and I brainstormed on the topic of which gifts would be most appreciated by the employees, we all came to a common conclusion that these were jewelry from the Guzema Fine Jewelry brand. Firstly, because they already have more than one successful collaboration with Ukrainian brands in their piggy bank, and secondly, the DNA of the Guzema company – be yourself – feel special – is very impressive to us and is a reflection of the main rule of corporate life at 1+1 media . And it's very stylish!", comments Svitlana Paveletska , director of marketing communications at 1+1 media.
The corporate communications team of 1+1 media and the HR department worked on the development of the idea, copyright and greeting mechanics.
"This year, 1+1 media has more than 900 anniversaries - these are the people who share our mission and values for many years. 45 people from this list have more than 20 years of experience in the company, which we, as an employer, are very proud of. Therefore, such an action is not only a way of additional motivation of employees, but also a great opportunity to say: "Thank you" for the huge contribution to the development of the brand, for the belief in ourselves and the company, and for the thousands of victories that we have won during this time," - says Olga Musiyko , HR director of 1+1 media.
All anniversaries will receive gifts from their direct managers, and the most senior of them will be thanked by the newly elected general director of the company, Yaroslav Pakholchuk, on the day of the corporate New Year celebration. 1+1 media says that such an action will become a good annual tradition.

Guzema Fine Jewelry was founded in Ukraine in March 2016. In three years, the brand released 19 jewelry collections. In 2017, the first showroom in Kyiv was opened, and in 2019, a larger, updated space. The Guzema Fine Jewelry team received an award in the category "Best Start-up" from the Elle Style Awards in 2017 and in 2018 the brand was nominated as "Best Accessories Brand" at the "Best Fashion Awards". Also, the brand received an award as "FASHION COLLABORATION" from the Elle Style Awards in 2019.
