Glavred.info has launched a news chatbot for Telegram

The Ukrainian online publication Glavred.info, which is part of the 1+1 media group, has launched its own chatbot for news mailings in the Telegram messenger.

The chatbot was created to improve the publication's interaction with readers and prompt delivery of news content and works in the format of automatic push notifications that are sent after subscribing to the news. Users can independently choose the options for receiving newsletters, adjusting them to their schedule and subject matter.

"We strive to make communication with readers personalized and interactive. As our experience shows, the percentage of opening messages from the chatbot is much higher than with e-mails, so we are gradually launching them for all popular news sites of the group," says Anna Tkachenko, director of the digital direction of 1+1 media .

The Glavred.info chatbot for Telegram is an internal development of the 1+1 Digital team.
