The HR director of 1+1 media became the best HR manager in the media industry

Larisa Brouver, HR - director of 1+1 media, became the best HRD in the media rating "TOP-100. Ratings of the largest | STAFF BRANDS. EMPLOYERS".

According to the project methodology, online voting for the best HR managers of Ukraine took place on the delo.ua website for more than a month. 40% of the results were obtained during online voting, and 60% - according to the survey of experts and questionnaires of market participants.

In particular, according to the organizers, one of the projects that makes a significant contribution to the transformation of the Ukrainian labor market was a large-scale social campaign initiated by 1+1 media ‒ #забутыпровик , the purpose of which is to destroy stereotypes that age matters and that people of respectable years unable to generate powerful ideas, start their own business, and learn new skills.

"This is the achievement of the entire team of the media group. We believe that by starting work with age discrimination in companies, we will be able to change the situation in the whole country," commented Larisa Brouver .

The award ceremony took place on July 11, during the HR Wisdom Summit 2019.
