People who hold the future: People Management Conference 2025 to take place in Kyiv

On December 19, 2025, the 18’People Management Conference will take place in Kyiv and online. This large-scale event for the Ukrainian HR community aims to foster a dialogue between professionals and shape the working environment of the future. The general media partner of the conference is 1+1 media.

The event is designed to highlight topics such as the shortage of human capital, team burnout, and the rapid integration of artificial intelligence. These changes are already shaping a new management architecture and require Ukrainian businesses to rethink their approaches. The focus of the conference is shifting from HR as a function to the human being as the strategic core of business development.

"When the pace of transformations in the labor market outpaces any predictions, and economic recovery moves in waves, one thing remains unchanged: people become the key strategic advantage of business", — commented the organizers, KA Group.

The event will feature three thematic blocks:

  • Reality at the edge: what to do here and now — the sharpest labor market challenges, new models of interaction, and solutions for retaining key groups.
  • Foresight and solutions: technologies, people, and the new logic of management — how AI, analytics, and ethical recruiting practices are changing team management and creating competitive advantages for companies.
  • Cultures of the future: dignity, inclusion, environments — long-term people strategies, reintegration of veterans, responsible leadership, and the architecture of dignity in business.
