“Mission 077”: Kyivstar and Come Back Alive transferred property worth UAH 20 million to the military
Kyiv, March 2, 2026 — Kyivstar and the Come Back Alive Foundation have delivered equipment worth UAH 20 million, allocated by the national mobile operator, to address the critical needs of units of four army corps within the framework of the project “We Are Meant to Live Here: Mission 077.” Representatives of the Supervisory Board of Kyivstar Group Ltd were also present at the handover. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, they have been supporting Ukraine and systematically joining initiatives aimed at supporting Ukrainian defenders.
This is already the second delivery of equipment to the military within this initiative. The defenders received the most essential items: interactive panels, charging stations, satellite systems, wired telephones, tablets, and other equipment on which continuous and reliable communication within the units depends.
“For Kyivstar, systematic support of Ukraine is important. Today, the most important thing we can do is support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Because if Ukrainian soldiers stand firm, the whole country will stand firm. Reliable communication gives them an advantage and helps them act in a coordinated and effective manner. I thank everyone who joins ‘Mission 077’ — only by combining our joint efforts can we systematically strengthen the Ukrainian military,” commented Oleksandr Komarov, CEO of Kyivstar.
“We Are Meant to Live Here: Mission 077” is the seventh joint project of Kyivstar and the Come Back Alive Foundation in support of the military. The goal is to raise UAH 77 million to provide communications for four newly formed corps holding the defense along the Northern border. The initiative is implemented with the informational support of the general media partner of the fundraising campaign — 1+1 media.
“We equip units not with individual items, but with comprehensive solutions. All equipment operates as a single system: Starlink, networking equipment for command posts, computers for crews or for штаб work with ‘Delta’ and other programs. Of course, all these components require uninterrupted power supply, so we also deliver charging stations and generators. High-quality communication and stable data transmission are a critical foundation for both defensive and offensive actions,” said Taras Chmut, Director of the Come Back Alive Foundation.
As of the end of February, almost UAH 50 million has been raised, of which over UAH 21 million is the contribution of the mobile operator’s subscribers through the charitable Superpower “Support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine+” and SMS subscription. UAH 20 million is Kyivstar’s contribution, and nearly UAH 10 million has come from concerned citizens.
“The equipment we receive is selected taking into account the real needs of today, available resources, the tasks performed by the unit, and possible future projects or assigned missions. Given the rapid development of technologies, it is important for us that everything transferred by the foundation truly enhances our capabilities and allows us to work effectively not only today but also in the future,” said the commander of the 120th Separate Communications Battalion.
You can support the project “We Are Meant to Live Here: Mission 077” by donating to the Foundation’s special account and the project’s “jar.” Kyivstar prepaid subscribers can join by activating the charitable Superpower “Support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine+” — via SMS or by calling 88032. Up to UAH 50 from each tariff payment will be transferred to the fundraising campaign.
