Vladyslav Savchuk, information producer of "Breakfast with 1+1", became the new hero of the "How are you holding up?" column

The sixth episode of the "How are you holding up?" programme, featuring Vladyslav Savchuk, information producer of "Breakfast with 1+1", has been posted on the official social media pages of 1+1 media group. 

As a reminder, the media group's employees - stars, producers, presenters, managers and other Plus employees - will share their personal experience of living in a full-scale war, their own transformations and main challenges, as well as the importance of sticking together and supporting each other in such difficult times.

In a frank blitz interview, Vladyslav spoke about the importance of his profession during the war, shared his favourite morning ritual that helps him accumulate energy for new challenges. He also noted that since the start of the full-scale invasion, he has become more aware of the value of life and the importance of living today. You can watch the video here.
