Paramount Comedy released a series of quarantine videos with the characters of the series
The Ukrainian entertainment and humor TV channel Paramount Comedy, which is the Ukrainian adaptation of the international Comedy Central channel of the ViacomCBS media holding, created a series of positive videos with the hashtag #ПоодинциРазом (#AloneTogether) in order to support the information campaign on not spreading the virus and additionally entertain the channel's viewers during the quarantine.
Through the characters of popular global sitcoms broadcast by the channel, the viewers receive recommendations on hygiene and distancing, as well as advice on what to do and how to have fun during the quarantine, in a humorous way.
In the first short videos, which are already available on the Facebook page of the TV channel, the heroes of the series "Friends", "The Big Bang Theory", "Young Sheldon", "Mamtsia" and "The Goldbergs" offer their recommendations and advice.
So, "Friends" advise to make friends remotely , learn a foreign language , don't waste time and try your hand at cooking ; Shadon Cooper from "The Big Bang Theory" gives a master class on using the latest technologies during quarantine and advice on social distancing , which will be relevant after quarantine; Christy and Bonnie from the TV series "Daddy" demonstrate by their example how to follow hygiene , "Young Sheldon" - how to remember to wear a medical mask if there are more than two people in the room, and "The Goldbergs" - how to enjoy communication with the family and make each other happy little things
"It seems that sitcoms are simply an inexhaustible source of life wisdom that can be used in everyday life, and, as practice shows, regardless of the conditions outside the window. Therefore, we decided to use this source to entertain our viewers a little, and prepared for them a series of short videos with their favorite characters. We hope that these videos will bring practical benefits, inspire new activities that you can do at home during quarantine, and just give you cool emotions," commented Oksana Petryshyn, general producer of the Paramount Comedy Ukraine TV channel.
