The Sports Front project by 1+1 media group was named the best influencer campaign by X-Ray

Today, on 25 May, the X-RAY Marketing Initiatives Contest award ceremony took place. More than 95 Ukrainian projects competed for the title of the most effective. Thus, the Sports Front initiative, which 1+1 media group started implementing since the beginning of the full-scale war, was recognised by the professional community and readers of MMR magazine as the best in its category.
In particular, the large-scale social initiative won in the category "Influencer campaign". In total, 6 cases from leading Ukrainian companies were presented in the nomination.

"This award would not have been possible without the participation of 10 legendary Ukrainian athletes who are known all over the world. Thanks to their clear position and desire to speak loudly about Russia's war in Ukraine, we managed to reach an audience of millions on social media and television. We are grateful to everyone who joined this project from the world of sports, and special thanks to the teams of the Corporate Communications Department and the Marketing Department of 1+1. Together, we will continue to fight the aggressor on all fronts, including sports," 1+1 media commented.
By the way, this year two more projects of the media group were nominated for X-Ray, namely: a series of multi-genre international projects Big Brave Events and a campaign to promote the Ukrainian language, implemented jointly with the ICIP, Ukrainian is the Language of the Free.
The Sports Front project calls for blocking Russian and Belarusian national teams and teams in the international arena, as well as boycotting Russian and Belarusian athletes who have spoken out in favour of the war or have not voiced their position. The initiative is supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Tribuna.com.
The ambassadors and influencers of the project are Andriy Shevchenko, the best footballer in Europe in 2004, head coach of the national team of Ukraine (2016-2021), world judo champion Georgiy Zantaraya, Olympic bronze medallist Anna Rizatdinova, Olympic bronze medallist Stanislav Goruna, and legendary goalkeeper Oleksandr Shovkovsky, Olympic champion and silver medallist of the 2016 Olympic Games Oleg Verniaev, Olympic champion Olga Harlan, Olympic champion Jean Beleniuk, absolute Olympic champion of the 1996 Olympic Games Lilia Podkopaeva, and former Ukrainian racket player and soldier of the National Guard of Ukraine Serhiy Stakhovsky.
