"Breakfast with 1+1" and Natalia Moseychuk will raise money for the School of Superheroes
Next Friday, June 1, on Children's Day, "Breakfast with 1+1" will host a charity marathon "Right to Education" live. All funds from it will be transferred to the opening of a new class of the School of Superheroes in the hemodialysis department in Okhmatdyt.
The action is aimed at supporting the "Right to Education" social project, which is overseen by TSN host Nataliya Moseichuk. She, together with her colleagues, volunteers, teachers, doctors, the team of the public organization Small Heart with Art, as well as the Charity Foundation "KOLO" have been drawing attention to a hot problem for a year - almost all children's hospitals in Ukraine have lost schools, children are isolated, do not receive quality education, lag behind their peers. During this time, the "Right to Education" team was heard by the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Health, and two weeks ago, the order of the Minister of Education Lilia Hrynevych on the creation of a special Working Group appeared.
On the day of the marathon, Nataliya Moseychuk will be the co-leader of the "breakfasters" and will auction her lot - a master class with interviews.
"Imagine how a child feels when faced with a difficult diagnosis in his life, and his world stops. The child falls out of his social circle, moves little, little by little loses contact with healthy friends. Therefore, children in hospitals often have not only bad tests and appetite, but also mood. The worst thing is that the desire to recover is reduced to zero... Together we will be able to make it easier for the little patients of Okhmatdyt to fight for their health and feel needed by society and believe in the best. School-hospital collaboration is the norm in children's medical facilities around the world. This is a connection with normal life. The opportunity to learn gives the child the feeling that he is needed by society, that he is waiting for him," comments project curator Nataliya Moseichuk.
For the development of the School and the opening of a new class, at least 600,000 hryvnias are needed, of which 500,000 will go to repairs and equipment, and another 100,000 will become the basis of the honorarium fund to pay for the work of teachers.
"Last marathon, we collected a record amount - more than 1 million hryvnias to fulfill the dreams of seriously ill children. We believe that this time our viewers will be no less active, and together we will be able to raise the necessary funds," comments Yulia Zhmakina, producer of "Breakfast with 1+1".
Famous artists, athletes and public figures will join the promotion, and most of the lots are related to personal communication and educational initiatives. For example, Dmytro Komarov, host of "The World Inside Out", will conduct a master class in photography for the winner, Serhiy Babkin, coach of "Voice of the Country" will teach him how to play the guitar, and Lyudmila Barbir will tell how to successfully pass castings. MONATIK, actors of the series "School", Olympic champion Oleg Lisohor and other stars will also provide their lots.
The marathon will begin at 6:30 a.m. live, and bidding will continue throughout the day on the Breakfast Facebook page, ending at 7:00 p.m. Anyone who offers the highest amount and transfers it to the account of the "You are not alone" charity fund, which is the initiator of the promotion, will be able to buy a gift from the star.
