Silver at PromaxBDA Global Excellence Awards 2017

Another recognition of the group's products at international competitions.

The marketing team of 1+1 media took two prizes at once in the final of the PromaxBDA Global Excellence Awards 2017. In the "Marketing Creativity" category in the "Seasonal or Special Event Program Campaign" nomination, the promotional campaign "Chernobyl 30 Years", dedicated to the 30th, took silver anniversary of the Chernobyl tragedy. The second silver went to the promo for the film "Split into Atoms" in the "Art Direction & Design" category, "Special Events Spot" nomination. The winners were announced at an awards ceremony on June 8 in Los Angeles.

The works competed with projects from ABS-CBN Corporation, NBC UNIVERSAL, CNN WORLDWIDE, FOX Networks, The Walt Disney Company and others.

"Silver at the same time in two nominations of the large-scale Promax Global Excellence Awards once again confirms the professionalism of our team and competitiveness at the global level," says Olena Martynova, director of strategic marketing at 1+1 media.

Also, the special project "25 years of independence" was included in the shortlist of finalists in the nomination CHANNEL: Holiday or Special Event Campaign. As part of the promotional campaign for the 25th anniversary of the Independence of Ukraine, a video was presented, which together with the hosts of the TV channel "1 + 1" offered viewers a look at our unique and beautiful country.

The emotional and powerful promotional campaign of the film "Split into Atoms" included a separately shot video clip and an international social initiative called "The Day We Lost Everything." In March 2017, the campaign already received gold at the PromaxBDA Europe Awards.

As a reminder, the PromaxBDA Global Excellence Awards is the main award in the field of design, television promotion and marketing, which annually sets trends for the global media industry.
