On St. Nicholas Day, 1+1 Media will use the proceeds from TV advertising in the first prime block to fulfill the dreams of the heroes' children.
Traditionally, during the Christmas and New Year period, 1+1 Media organizes several charity initiatives with its ideological partners and helps those in need as part of the 'Make a Dream Come True' initiative.
This year, on 6 December, St. Nicholas Day, the first advertising block in the evening prime time on 1+1 Ukraine will be a charity one. 1+1 media will use all the funds received from advertisers during this period in cooperation with the Liberty Ukraine Charity Foundation to fulfill the material wishes of children who lost one or both parents as a result of the war.
The company calls on all concerned viewers to watch the advert from 19:00 to 20:00 on 1+1 Ukraine, participate in good deeds, and make children's dreams come true.
To ensure that every child can feel supported, the mentors of the 'Make a Dream Come True' social initiative from 1+1 Media are Nelya Shovkoplias, host of 'Breakfast with 1+1' on 1+1 Ukraine, Natalia Ostrovska, host of TSN and 1+1 Marathon, and Nikita Dobrynin, host of the 'Closer to the Stars' show on TET TV channel, and Timur Miroshnychenko, host of 1+1 media TV projects, recorded a thematic video message to the audience, which is already available on the official Instagram and Facebook pages.
'We launched the Christmas gifts project for children whose parents gave their lives for Ukraine three years ago, realizing that caring for these families is our shared responsibility. Having lost a father or mother, these children lose a part of their world. But they remain the future of our free and strong country. Our goal is to remind them that they are not alone, that we remember their heroic parents and will build the Ukraine they fought for together,' commented Tonya Levchuk, co-founder of Liberty Ukraine.
Last year, on 6 December, 1+1 Media relaunched the 'Make a Dream Come True' social initiative to tell the story of children who bring our victory closer and help kids whose right to childhood was taken away by the full-scale war. Since then, the initiative's team has made many dreams come true for the children of defenders.
