The most vivid memories and advice for future interns

I am most proud of the fact that the CSR team, which consisted of only three people (Alina, Masha and me), managed to organize two waves of vaccination for 1+1 media employees and their relatives. This is a huge amount of work to ensure that Plyusiv residents can receive vaccinations in the most comfortable conditions without even leaving the office.

The internship taught me how to communicate with a large number of people, organize socially responsible events for employees and find creative ways to solve problems. Most importantly , this experience inspired me and made me believe that I can achieve anything I dream of, if I just put in the effort.

I want to confidently say to future interns: don't be afraid to try something new, because maybe you will feel your calling in it. Always remember that constructive feedback will help you develop and grow. Believe in your abilities, and everything will definitely work out!
