The most vivid memories and advice for future interns

Now I know for sure that I am doing what I love. The internship gave me inspiration and motivation to continue developing in the field of HR, and thanks to the experience of working at 1+1 media, I am sure that I made the right choice. In the future, I intend to develop in the chosen direction and want to study more carefully the specifics of various professions in order to understand the candidates.

I am probably most proud when a candidate I found is invited to work at 1+1 media. It is very motivating and gives confidence in one's abilities.

The most vivid memory was our professional holiday - the day of the HR specialist. It was very bright around, and everyone came to greet us. Also, one of the important memories is the journalist's lecture for trainees of the "Closer to TV" program. He shared his success story on a TV channel and, as it turned out, his first step was also an internship.
