Why you need to work with girls

Greetings, my name is Svitlana, and I am the head of the women's team. Practically for women - 20 girls and 3 lucky boys. I didn't do it on purpose, and probably if I worked in a steel plant, the ratio would be different, but in communications for every 10 girls, according to statistics, 1.25 boys. The specifics of the market, so to speak.

I was thinking of writing about how to "survive" in a women's team, but we don't have a serpentarium, but a flower garden, so it will be just "why is it cool to work with girls".

1. First, the girls are beautiful. Not all, of course. But I have all of them. Smart girls are usually beautiful. And let me be accused of sexism, chauvinism, snobbery and some other -ism, but it is easier for beautiful people to achieve results. Especially when you are in communications. Life is unfair, that's a fact. Beautiful girls have it easier than just boys. And in Ukraine, there are more beautiful girls than handsome boys. In Sweden, for example, it is different.

2. Girls have a better memory. It's not me, it's research. But how many guys do you know who can recite Little Big Lies, or Sex and the City, or shop without a grocery list? It's not because boys are lazy. They simply have a worse memory and, with age, the gap in the ability to remember increases. Someone has wider shoulders, someone has a better memory. It's life.

3. Girls experience stress more easily. Again a fact. The female brain produces oxytocin, the hormone of joy, more easily. Therefore, women endure longer and more. Is it good? - no. Should it be so? - no. But it is so. A woman's tantrum means she cried and went to work. Male hysteria - it was a boy and there is no boy. Feel the difference?

4. Girls study better. When a girl does not know something, she will learn, even if she is 35. If a boy is 35, then he knows everything. Even if he doesn't know.

5. I rarely get sick, honestly. My only sick leave in the last 4 years was maternity leave for 14 days. But it's not just me, girls get sick much less than boys - this is a study. They get sick less, live longer - a fact. Having an army of people who are with you until retirement, with only a break for vacation, isn't that cool?

6. Girls are better invented. How many boys dream in detail about a dress, about a dinner, or about a vacation? As a rule, for a boy, a project is a project. For a girl, a project is to make everything beautiful, to be happy, to be praised, to be smiled at, to be admired. And these are two big differences.

7. Girls are better involved. They "nest" by nature, because, as a rule, for girls, work is a second home. For boys, work is work. Girls want a family, boys want 18.00. Not always, but often.

8. Girls are more flexible. For them, "no" - it was a bad mood, the moon in retrograde Mercury, the wrong moment, the wrong dress, and many other reasons why someone else's "no" - is only temporary and soon it will be "yes". For boys, "no" means no.

9. I found the last point - according to statistics, the probability that a man will die in a car accident is 77% higher. This goes without saying, but if you have corporate insurance, just keep it in mind.

Don't think, I really like boys. My most beautiful husband in the world is a boy, my most charming dad is a boy, my most wonderful son is a boy. Even my lazy but terribly handsome cat is a boy. Boys are support, strength, reliability. They will never let you down, warm you, support you. Without them, girls are not girls. And this is precisely their superpower to make us tender, vulnerable, and somewhat helpless. It's just that we, girls, know that, as in the Nike video that recently shook the network: "Our girls are made of iron, of aspirations, of self-sacrifice and achievements. From bruises, from kicks, from courage and clenched fists, from independence and skill, from passion, from heart and dignity, from will stronger than flint, from strength and fire, from will from other people's opinions, from achievements and achievements, our girls are made. .
