Actually, this dialogue can be used to describe my first impressions of being in "1+1 media".

"Coincidences are not accidental" - this is how you can describe my path to becoming a small part of such a large media holding.

Well, now in order. It all started 2 years ago... when I first came across the vacancy for Director of an on-air promo and decided to send my resume: and suddenly I got lucky. And I was lucky, albeit for a short time. I went through all the stages until the interview, but the anxiety ruined everything. Result: tears - I was not accepted, joy - passed almost all stages, motivation - learn how to pass interviews! And now, a year and a half later, I am already here, in the team of the broadcast promo department of the TET TV channel. I got to know the team, got a pass, went to a corporate party - it's time for work.

"Hmm, so you are editors. This is not creative work at all." Many people said that and I was offended by it. With each task, which was a kind of mini-challenge for each of the interns, I understood more and more how creative the profession of an editing director is. Perhaps our manager is the most creative and idealistic. Thank you, Lonya, for teaching me to make masterpieces with Vitalka, to discover SuperTET and crosspromo. Not only that, an internship is not just work, it is also learning. "Let's talk today" - a phrase that meant that now we will receive another portion of useful and interesting knowledge on the theory of montage.

In addition to work, master classes and lectures are also held here, and you can go to the shooting, which is what we did with the girl interns. Well, can you complain here? Except for a while, because it passed so quickly. And yes, the walls here are really very interesting.
