Kyivstar TV donated over UAH 400 thousand to help seriously ill children

The Kyivstar TV film and television platform allocated more than UAH 400,000 from the proceeds of the Charity package and voting in the final of the Voice of the Country project to help children with burns as part of the Children's Hope project. Kyivstar TV users can continue to join the charity initiative

The Kyivstar TV film and television platform has summed up the results of charitable donations to the Children's Hope project in 2023. This charity initiative was launched by Kyivstar and the dobro.ua platform to help children in Ukraine fight heart disease, cancer and burns. The funds raised under the initiative are used to support children's oncology and cardiology clinics across Ukraine, as well as the needs of the children's burns unit of the National Rehabilitation Centre "Unbreakable" based at the First Medical Unit in Lviv.

In May 2023, Kyivstar TV created a special Charity subscription package, 40% of which goes to help children with burns. In 2023, thanks to users who subscribed to the package, UAH 160,000 was raised and used to purchase a laser for grinding post-burn scars.

Also, at the end of October 2023, UAH 250,000 was raised by voting for the winner of the 13th season of The Voice of the Country via SMS, calls and SuperVoice in the Kyivstar TV app. The funds were used to raise money for an ultrasound machine for diagnostics for children treated at the Unbreakable Medical Centre. The total amount raised for the ultrasound machine is UAH 3 350 000. 

Anyone can help to close the collection by activating the Kyivstar TV. Charity" package, and Kyivstar prepaid users can make a donation by sending an SMS with the amount from UAH 1 to UAH 3,000 to 450025.
