The "2+2" team presented the updated TV channel

On August 14, the updated channel 2+2 will be relaunched, as part of which the positioning will change, the target audience will expand and a number of new projects will be launched. During the presentation, which took place yesterday in the capital greenhouse of VDNG, the "2+2" team talked about the goals, plans, presented the updated concept, and also introduced the new presenters.

"The task was set before us to become a business unit within three years. We have identified a number of priorities that will help us achieve this goal; among them - strengthening information broadcasting, increasing the volume of own serial production and television entertainment programs, - noted the general producer of 2+2 Maksym Kryvytskyi. - In order to develop and be more successful from a commercial point of view, our content must be popular among all viewers. Therefore, the 2+2 TV channel departs from the concept of purely male television: the male audience, as before, remains in the center of our attention, but the products of the renewed channel look in such a way that they are also interesting to women."

Thus, "2+2" becomes more dynamic, sensational and exciting for the viewer. As part of the rebranding, changes were made to the graphic design of the broadcast. The new logo, color and graphic solutions of the projects will help the TV channel become bright and clear. The new TV season will start for 2+2 under the slogan "More than you think", the team is going to break all stereotypes and promises to surprise the audience. The updated TV channel "2+2" will tell more about the surrounding world, which is dominated by conspiracies, disasters and natural disasters. "2+2" knows everything about how to overcome difficulties, prepare the viewer for dangerous challenges and tell how to survive in this crazy world. The cycle of documentary programs "The Lost World" (Monday - Friday, 5:15 p.m.) is dedicated to this, which will become the basis of the updated brand. The presenters of the new project were Maksym Sukhenko, Kateryna Nesterenko, Valery Saraula, Gennadiy Popenko and Olga Nemtseva.

In addition, the 2+2 TV channel goes beyond the airwaves and launches a social initiative - "Creation of Plan Z to save the planet". The goal of the project is to develop and implement effective ways of solving global problems of humanity and Ukraine, in particular, together with viewers, officials, scientists and public organizations. Every Ukrainian can publicly talk about the most urgent problems of their region and offer their own solution by sending an email to plan_SOS@2plus2.ua.

The line of information broadcasting, together with the successful projects of "JEDAI" and "Spetskor" news, will be strengthened by the new provocative project "Banderlogs" produced by the management of journalistic projects 1+1 media under the leadership of Maksym Shilenka. In the information and entertainment program "Banderlogs" (Monday - Friday, 7:05 p.m.), journalists will ask uncomfortable questions to politicians and officials, count their fortunes, and expose criminals in power.

Also, the updated "2+2" is increasing the volumes of its own serial production. By the end of 2017, the channel is scheduled to broadcast 128 hours of series and scripted reality. In particular, on August 14, the premiere of the TV series "Cop Wars. Odesa" about law enforcement officers, for whom the concept of honor and dignity is above all else. Production is carried out by the "Kyivtelefilm" team. Following him, the second season starts - "Cops Wars". Kyiv" produced by "1+1 Production" under the direction of Victoria Lezina. In addition, the premiere of the military-patriotic drama "Guard-2" will take place already in October. In 2018, the TV channel plans to produce about 280 hours of its own serial content. The priority genre for 2+2 is detective stories, at the moment there are 3 series in development.
