Literary meeting "1+1 media" for the elderly

"Don't forget about us, we don't have enough attention," the residents of the Kyiv boarding house for labor veterans told us in farewell.

Back in May, the volunteers of "1+1 media" visited the pensioners for the first time to arrange the territory, help with the repair and cleaning of the building. But they need not only physical help.

In the summer, we arranged for them a film showing of our own production "Ukraine. Reclaiming your history."

And the other day they held a literary meeting. The time passed very lively and interesting with the participation of the poet Dmytro Lazutkin . They listened to poems, talked, ate sweets. It was difficult not to notice the lack of attention and conversations. They wanted to be heard.

Friends, if you have even a little free time, give it to the elderly.
