The 1+1 media project "People of Ideas" became a finalist of the most prestigious PR award in Europe

This time, the "People of Ideas" campaign was on the shortlist of the European Excellence Awards 2018 - the first project in the media sphere of Ukraine with inspiring stories about the company's greatest value - its staff. As part of the project, the group introduced an internal classification of professions - they are literary and unique for each employee. In almost 10 months, the team talked about more than 90 employees of 1+1 media, who generate amazing ideas, create high-quality and modern content, and offer creative solutions. The "People of Ideas" project was developed in collaboration with Ekonomika+.

"For the third time in a row, projects implemented by 1+1 media have received positive feedback at such a respectable level. This shows that we are clearly on the right track. It's nice that the "People of Ideas" project was on the shortlist for the award, because it's a great opportunity to say "Thank you" to every employee of the company who puts his soul into his work and impresses the world with his discoveries," comments Svitlana Paveletska , director of marketing communications 1 +1 media.

1+1 media will compete with Wilfried Martens Center for European Studies, SANTANDER BANK POLSKA, EU Anti-Corruption Initiative and others for the first place in the competition. The winners of the European Excellence Awards 2018 will be announced on December 6 at an awards ceremony in Dublin.

We will remind you that in February 2018, the 1+1 media group started updating the employer brand with the launch of the large-scale special project "People of Ideas". This is a series of inspiring interviews, photo reports and special events where the company's employees are the heroes. Photos of the 12 winners of the internal vote for the best story of the month, stylized according to the project, could be seen on one of the billboards in the city center. In addition, on the channels of the 1+1 media group, a large-scale social campaign with the video "People of Ideas" was launched, and in June 2018, a grand festival #People's Day was held.
