More than UAH 2,000,000 was collected as part of the "For Children for the Future" telethon
On September 25, the broadcast of the telethon "For Children for the Future" took place on the air of the "Edyni Novyni" marathon (ICTV, First, Inter, Rada, 1+1), on the M1 TV channel and on the platforms of media partners. This telethon is an initiative of the All-Ukrainian Charitable Tavri Foundation.
"Children for children" - this very principle became the philosophy of the project, where young singing talents of Ukraine, with the support of adults, helped their peers who suffered from military actions.
70 children participating in the Black Sea Games festival took part in the marathon. Together with adult artists, children took part in 27 numbers in which they performed current songs of modern Ukraine. 27 performers of modern Ukrainian music joined the project: Oleg Skrypka, Tina Karol, ANTITILA, WELLBOY, NK, Artem Pyvovarov, DOROFEEVA, TARABAROVA, Ivan NAVI, Iryna Fedyshyn, Vitaly Kozlovskyi, KHAYAT, Druga Rika, BEZ OBMOZHEN, Oleksandr Ponomarev, Mykhailo Khoma , KAZKA, Olya Tsibulska, Anna Trincher, MYATA, Jerry Heil, TNMK, Evgeny Khmara, MONATIK, SERAFỲN, Maks Barskikh, Svyatoslav Vakarchuk. Numbers and scenes of the marathon were filmed in 9 cities of Ukraine and 4 European countries.
In addition to the artists, the telethon "For children for the sake of the future" was supported by public figures: Minister of Culture and Information Policy Oleksandr Tkachenko, head of the "Osvitoria" union Zoya Lytvyn, general director-artistic director of the Kherson Regional Academic Music and Drama Theater named after Mykola Kulish, head of the Eurasian Theater Association Oleksandr Book, Oleksandr Sanchenko, head of the All-Ukrainian Association of Musical Events.
Oksana Gutzait (ICTV) and Yuriy Gorbunov (1+1) conducted the telethon.
"The telethon "For children for the sake of the future" fulfilled two important tasks. First, we collected funds that will help a certain number of children in this difficult time of war. Second, we involved 70 children in the creative process, who have already experienced a certain joy of restoration on stage. It was simply necessary for them. I believe that this telethon was a good start for our charity platform dity.help. Our plans are to develop this platform and create new projects on it, " says Mykola Bagrayev, the founder of the Tavry Foundation.
With the help of donations and philanthropic contributions, the telethon "For children for the sake of the future" collected 2 million 138 thousand hryvnias.
The collected funds will be sent to:
- for financial assistance to orphans whose parents died defending the Motherland;
- for humanitarian assistance to migrant children;
- for financial assistance to children under occupation.
The collection of funds to help Ukrainian children of the war continues even after the telethon on the D ITY.HEL P platform . This initiative has already been supported by: the family of patrons Serhiy and Daryna Tron, Vasyl Khmelnytskyi's K.FUND fund, FC "Zorya" Luhansk, Andriy Ivanov's QPartners, Dovgiy Family Office.
