The programme of the first Ukrainian Film Academy Conference on 10-11 September is announced
On 10-11 September, Kyiv will host the first Annual Conference of the Ukrainian Film Academy.
This is a new platform for discussing topical issues of Ukrainian cinema development, a place for representatives of various film industry sectors to meet and communicate to establish cooperation and exchange experience.

Day 1, 10 September.
11:00-12:45. Discussion ‘Debriefing: releases of feature films and TV series’. Participants: Yevhen Tunik, director, screenwriter, case study - The Carrier series; Anton Skrypets, Head of Film Department, co-author and producer, case study - Stay Online; Oleg Shcherbyna, producer, case study - The House of Words. An Endless Romance; Valeriya Sochyvets, producer and director, case study - La Palisiada; Alyona Tymoshenko, co-producer of Pamphyr, founder and director of the Ukrainian Film School; Olga Panteleimonova, CEO and producer of UPHub Group, case study - Me, Victory and Berlin. The first day of the Conference will also feature the awarding ceremony for the winners of the Sixth and Seventh Golden Dzyga National Film Awards.
Day two, 11 September.

16:00-17:45. Discussion: Realities of film production financing, case studies of projects produced after 2022. On the second day of the Conference, the Eighth Golden Dzyga National Film Award ceremony will take place.
