And here I am - in the best team! There is no limit to my happiness. The first week of the internship was introductory. We, along with the other interns, were introduced to the team and introduced to the managers, as well as given personal passes with a photo. I was lucky enough to visit the TSN studio and the project "Voice. Where are you". It's very cool to see everything from the inside, to find yourself in a place you've only seen on TV before. You begin to understand what colossal work is behind a beautiful picture on the TV screen.
What impressed me from the first minutes of my stay at 1+1 media was the atmosphere. You are surrounded by friendly and responsive people, with whom you can always consult and just talk. During the internship, the supervisor is interested in what your business is, what interests you, and gives different tasks, so I have already learned a lot, having been here for less than two months. This is personnel accounting, work in 1C, and new ways of creating presentations. Personally, this is especially interesting to me, as I am studying personnel management. You will definitely never get bored here! I won't even say anything about the office, it's a pleasure to work in such conditions. The 1+1 media team is not just a group of people, it is a friendly family working towards a common goal. As for our HR department, we do work that may not be visible at first glance, but without which this huge "media machine" would not be able to function. By the way, the internship program is also the merit of the HR department.
And an even bigger plus is the very tasty "Ether" cafe. And so you go to such a dinner, sit down at your table and see that at the next table, right across from you, Yury Gorbunov is drinking coffee! For a minute you forget why you came at all, then you pull yourself together, because this is a usual thing in 1+1 media. And now you "almost" had lunch with Yura Gorbunov!
In general, words cannot express how much I like it here! This is a place you want to return to. If you are not yet in the 1+1 media team, but you really want to, then forget about fears and doubts, shoot a video resume, be sincere at the interview and just be yourself. Believe in yourself, work on yourself and everything will work out.
