1+1 media is the best employer in media according to Randstad Employer Brand Research 2019

Last week, the 1+1 media group was chosen as the best employer in the media industry, according to the respondents of the Randstad Employer Brand Research international survey on the attractiveness of employers, which was conducted in Ukraine for the first time in 2019. The sample was formed according to the ratio of demographic indicators of the domestic working population. Feedback from respondents about their past, present or potential employers was analyzed. The survey was conducted online in several stages - feedback on the recognition of the company and assessment of its authority on the labor market.

"Such a rating mark confirms that 1+1 media 's increased work to develop the employer brand and investment in employees allow our group to continue to hold the leaderboard among employers in the industry and to be in the focus of searchers' preferences. The latter is especially important in the era of competition between companies on the labor market for a candidate," said Larisa Bruver, HR director of 1+1 media .

The organizer of the study in Ukraine is the personnel company ANKOR. Kantar TNS developed the methodology and conducted the survey. Also, more than 30 countries will participate in the Randstad Employer Brand Research project during 2018-2019, including Germany, the USA, the UAE, Spain, China, Australia, Italy, France, and others.
