Results of 2019 and educational plans for 2020 from the Higher School of Media & Production 1+1 media
The Higher School of Media & Production, an educational project of 1+1 media , summarized the results of the past year and shared educational plans for 2020. In 2019, the Higher School held 12 large-scale courses, graduating 244 students. At the same time, the team expanded the pool of educational programs of the Children's Media School , focusing on the development of social networks. Also, together with the STUDY Academy from STUDY.ua, the International Media School project was launched, 55 graduates of which received media knowledge that will enable them to choose a future profession and enter educational institutions abroad.
In 2020, the Media & Production Higher School plans to launch additional areas of the Children's Media School, in particular, career guidance courses in the following programs: journalism, production, presenters. They will allow children to be introduced to the specifics of television production in depth. The course of presenters will also change. Now students will be taught not only the aspects of work in the frame, but also the peculiarities of content preparation. Course "Leader. Content maker" will train versatile professionals who will be able not only to communicate with their target audience through screens, but also to create their own content.
The B 2 B direction of the school will continue to scale, providing both individual consultations and trainings to companies, and organizing complex business events.
"2020 will be a period of changes and educational transformations for the Higher School. Currently, the project is at the launch stage. I can note that for our future students we will offer a lot of new and unusual among the educational offers of the media industry. And also - we will return to the practice of providing grants for free education to the best students on a competitive basis," comments Yuriy Bilokur , head of the Higher School of Media & Production .
We will remind you that the Higher School of Media & Production is an educational project of the "1+1 media" group, the main goal of which is to provide quality world-class media education in Ukraine. The priority in the educational program is to provide students with practical experience at the company's own production facilities. Over five years of activity, more than 1,500 students have graduated from the Higher School, among whom more than 500 specialists have joined the 1+1 media team or work in other media companies.
